Genesis Atomizers are warrantied for one year from the date of original purchase. Any defect caused by faulty materials or workmanship will result in the unit being either replaced or repaired.

The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or damage resulting from use other than that for which it is intended. Use only in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions. 

HOCL concentrate must be diluted. Never use a concentration of higher than 200 ppm solution. 

The warranty becomes invalid if the product is re-sold, fitted with non-original parts, or if repaired by unauthorized party.

Ensure Genesis 2.6 (gray unit) is rinsed daily with plain water, emptied, and dry before storage.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns for reasons other than a manufacturing defect may be accepted within 30 days of the original purchase for items in new and unused condition in original, undamaged packaging.

Prior approval is required, and a return authorization number will be provided in order to process the return. Shipping and a 15% restocking fee is the responsibility of the purchaser and tracking/insurance is recommended.
